How Long Should Simpsons Stay on the Air: Results

the_simpsons_673.jpgJust a quick post for now. It looks like 64% of those who voted want the Simpsons to stay on indefinitely. Second place went to 19% of you who want it to only stay until the end of the season. So it seems that you either really love it or not, not a lot of middle ground to speak of.
Well, I guess we’ll have to just keep watching and see what the writers think. I’m amazed actually that they’ve kept it going for so long. You’d think they would want to move on.

    Actually the simpsons is a show that could last forever; Well until the voice talents die anyways. This is a show that will always receive a new audience and has the potential to last until the end of time. I am a huge simpsons fan and the only thing that makes me mad about the simpsons is how long they take to release dvds. As for seasons that they will probably end up with I’m guessing it will be in the 30s
